はじめに
Preface
この章では既存交通・運輸機関の整備について述べますが、それらを日常的に利用する都市や村落についても説明する必要があります。しかし、アラビア半島七カ国には非常に多くの都市や町村があり、すべてを詳細に説明することは現実的ではありません。
This chapter addresses existing transportation systems, but it should also describe cities and villages that rely on them daily. Even among 7 Arabian Peninsula countries, covering all in detail would be impractical.
そこで、主要な都市や町村がどこにあるかを示すことが必要と考え、各国の主要な集落を一覧表にまとめ、所在地を示す地図を添付しました。主要な場所に絞っても数が多いため、一覧表はどうしても小さくなります。そのため、拡大縮小が比較的容易なPDF形式を採用しました。
Therefore, it is necessary to indicate where major cities, towns, and villages are located. To achieve this, principal settlements in each country are listed in one table, along with maps showing locations. Since numbers remain large, even when limited to major places, list inevitably use small letters. For this reason, PDFs are used, allowing relatively easy zooming in and out.
